Absolutely fantastic experience! Food was delicious, service was great and I love the small cosy space. We ordered wagyu, uni pasta and truffle pasta for mains, and had several sides which were delicious as well. I think this place is definitely worth going for the overall quality of experience you get there.

My visit to Flat Marble left an indelible culinary memory. The steak I had was arguably the best I've ever tasted - incredibly tender, and it seemed to melt instantly upon contact. What's even more exceptional is their clever use of the steak's fats and juices to create a complimentary and delectable fried rice. The Foie gras came with a trio of carefully crafted condiments - fig sauce, strawberry sauce, and balsamic reduction - enhancing the rich texture of the duck liver delightfully. The Pesto Pasta with Scallops was another standout, boasting the freshness of the seared scallops and the high-quality ingredients evident in the pesto. What's intriguing is the open-kitchen setup, where you can witness the chef's artistry without any discomfort from heat or smoke. Booking a reservation in advance is essential due to the popularity of this place, and the cost per person at 1050 THB is well worth the experience. An extra touch was the complimentary birthday dessert that was provided, adding a special note to the evening. Flat Marble truly offers a culinary journey that marries quality and creativity seamlessly.

Food was ok. Not bad but not great. 690฿ for mixed berries salad with a few tiny pieces of Brie is a total rip-off! Store bought pasta are used for their popular Uni Pasta. For the price, I expected more. The waiter also really upsell the steak. (If you don’t make up your mind quickly, you are more likely will end up with the most expensive cut) Everything feel rushed, they served all 4 dishes in 15 minutes! 🥲 Overall, not a good experience, overpriced and overrated.

The picture via social media look tempting indeed, therefore had a try during Bangkok vacay. Personally think it's pricey for steak & salad however, both are delicious.. As for fresh homemade truffle pasta smell luxurious but taste very dilute 😁.. Perhaps I should order uni cream pasta instead.. Order steak, salad, pasta and 3 glass of wine cost about 9920 baht.

Humble restaurant but serious steaks. Specializing in Japanese and Australian wagyu beef as well as pasta within a curated menu, the small restaurant seats 8 guests with a front and center view of the open kitchen. Attentive staff and knowledgeable frontline. While we walked in (lunchtime) reservations are strongly recommended due to limited seats. Hygiene practice is strong here. Steak was prepared as requested and it was excellent as was the overall service.

Location accessible by Grab. External facade is a beautiful glass container type restaurant. Food wise, the wagyu steak is a little tad over cooked for medium doneness. Truffle soup is amazingly good, must order - recommended. Beef tartare could be a tad less spicy, didn’t expect spiciness in it. Could have served w more garlic bread, 3 slices for a pretty big portion of beef tartare is too little. Fried rice could be less salty too. Overall taste, decent, good to try once. But for the price tag, will not return again. Service is pretty good, compliments to that. Would be better if they are not so over staffed? Will make the overall dining experience less awkward with lesser pair of eyes on you.

Youre paying high-end prices for mid-end experience. It costs the same as if i were to go to the park hyatt grill at a 5 star hotel. I feel scammed. It is way overpriced for what they serve. We ordered a wagyu steak and it was subpar and highly forgettable, the famous fried rice tasted like i was eating scraps. Mashed potatoes were premade and reheated and still cold when served. There was no complimentary house bread and they were playing top 40s pop. The wine menu showed they had no understanding of wine, no palette variety or understanding of taste combinations. Staff is also clueless, not well informed on what they are serving nor can he explain the meats. I dont think i would make such a big complain if it wasnt the crazy price tag. We paid around 6k for two people and we just ordered 1 steak, 1 mashed potatoes and 2 glasses of wine. No appetizers no desserts. This is crazy.
